Terrible experience with bubble tea here, and the service is inpatient and abrupt. It's my second purchase however I found it rather disappointing on following reasons.
The ingredient used was different than the first time. She put milk powder and mixed with tea as base, however the traditional way of making it would be using fresh milk. When asked about it, she blamed it on me that I didn't ask for fresh milk first. Why? It's not on your menue that customer can choose from fresh milk or milk powder.
The taste is much different than first time and much less bubbles this time.
She broke the top sealer when putting a straw. She said sorry and refused to reseal the drink, leaving the top open and it could spill. Her solution was that if I drink enough then it wouldn't spill. I paid CHF 10 for complete packaging, not half sealed package.

It was basically just water with a heavy dose of MSG, a couple of sad-looking cherry tomatoes, and a few pieces of mushroom thrown in. The tomatoes were sour and seemed rotten, which only made the soup even more unpleasant.
To top it off, the soup came with just two small prawns, which were neither fresh nor appetizing. The prawns were tough, almost rubbery, and the portion size was laughable—barely the size of a bowl of rice. I can't remember the last time I was this let down by a meal. As you can see from the screenshot the review was sent at around 19:00 CET and not a day later as this individual asserted.
The meal was absolutely disgusting not fresh and all concerned items were listed in the review.
I understand this "restauranteur" would prefer not to have a bad reviews but it's much easier if you pay some attention to the quality of your food.
I generally would not bother to write a review but this individual is arguing that items are not over cooked when it is plain to see it in the photo.
And more importantly he thinks it's ok to charge over 100CHF...
