My friend and I visited Giannino twice during our stay in Interlaken - our first visit was lovely - staff was kind, helpful, and was very pleasant (I was actually planning to write a very positive review after this experience!). Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience during our second visit - staff appeared irritated when we walked in, seemed annoyed when we asked to try one flavor (the woman the prior day was so friendly about allowing us to try one), she slammed the lids of the ice cream containers around, and neglected to put their signature cookie on top (we had to ask).
