1. Misleading names of items in the menu (at least for hot drinks). At the ordering kiosk I was searching for cappuccino or latte-macchiato - some nice espresso combined with a portion of hot milk - and the best match I found was "Cream coffee", since the two aforementioned were not on the list. Lacking any detailed explanation for this rare coffee item, I imagined that it should include whipped cream or something of this kind. How overwhelmed was I, when I received a cup of hackneyed Americano with two separate small plastic pots of cream! For the price they charge (3.6 chf) I would rather take my coffee in a specialized cafeteria...

2. There are 5 different codes printed on the receipt: WC-code, trm-id, auth code, feedback code, ... And none of them serves as a Wi-Fi password! To sign up for their free Wi-Fi you need to receive an SMS code. I bit complicated in a building where mobile network signal is unavailable. Why tease your customers?

I recently dined at the McDonald's restaurant in Lucerne, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of delicious vegetarian options on the menu, which is quite different from what I've experienced in Canada and the US.

The staff at this McDonald's were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my dining experience all the more enjoyable. The food itself was amazing, with the same consistent quality that McDonald's is known for worldwide.
