Fantastic! We tried both waffles (one with chocolate cherries and the other with plum and cranberry compote), the birchermuesli with fresh berries and apples, and the Ei Mill’feuille. Highly recommend the Mill’Feuille Fruhstuck with comes with a choice of breads with jam and 3 of the breakfast menu items. Well worth the cost. Everything was delicious 😋 Best part was sitting outside on the patio right near the water. This was the best chill place to hang out and watch the locals. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. There is a reason this place has so many good reviews. Highly recommend making reservations as it does become quite busy. And you can ask ahead for a table inside by the windows that open to the water or outside right by the water 👍🏻♥️

For all the hype I was expecting more. Pretty mediocre food, and the service was awful. Maybe because I was a single older woman I didn’t fit their idea of a good customer, but I barely got a table in the window even though the place was empty inside. The server barely acknowledged me, and didn’t say goodbye or even make eye contact even though we passed each other in the doorway. I got the meat lunch special, which came with a soup, a salad, and raviolis. I also got a sparkling wine and a water. The bread was really nice but I had to ask twice for butter at which point my soup & salad was finished. Meh, I’d skip it next time to try something else. There are plenty of places to eat in Lucerne. The fact that „I can’t get no satisfaction“ was playing kinda hit a funny note for me. Playlist was good.

Went there with our guests. Was a luxurious ambiance facing the lake. We sat inside and ordered all vegetarian dishes off the menu. The cheese platter was great. The sour bread with different toppings was ok. Could have been skipped. The drinks were amazing . My friends also liked the homemade soda. We ordered mochtetasche and falafal salad for the main course, and it was filling enough for 4 people. The cream layered pastry with berries was a good dessert to call it an evening. However, we also checked out the ice cream menu and ordered a strawberry one. The picture looked larger than the real ice cream. But where the thing was super tasty and the atmosphere was chic.

I came for dinner I ordered green salad it wass really full of balsamic and olive oil it’s not that good really!! I ordered fries and fish and chips truly the fish was sooooo fishy!!! Salmon was okay! And the waiters was very very rude!! She’s the one with short ash brown hair! I really was just asking about the menu and when I ask her for something she will act madly!!! Is she being racist or something!!!! I just needed a little but of explanation on the menu she totally wasn’t much of help !! I was planning to come again because i know the restaurant has good breakfast not gonna lie and Have nice view but not coming again and feel unwelcome in the restaurant!!!

The restaurant was pretty full when we got there and hence we were seated at the very corner of the restaurant, next to the flight of stairs leading to the toilet - no river view of course. This is our very first meal in Switzerland and we were expecting it to be good given the high ratings on google. We love the lentil-melon salad! It’s very special and refreshing. The lasagne however was a bit difficult to finish towards the end. Dessert was excellent. Service was okay, it would be great if they could tell us that the bread is free flow and there are more variety of bread options to choose from.

Perfect prefix lunch experience in the heart of Lucerne with fabulous cuisine and service. We were seated next to a view of the Reuss River as we enjoyed a reasonably priced and unhurried three-course meal (22 Swiss francs for all courses in a notoriously expensive locale was a welcome find). We started with a soup and crisp salad course and I opted for a creative vegetarian pumpkin tempura fusion dish; my companion went for a more traditional three-sausage option as the main. Seats filled up quickly and we have stamped this as a must-visit lunch spot for our next adventure to Lucerne.
