Amazing Swiss food, super tasty and huge portions! Had to take half my schnitzel home. If I was rating purely on the food it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the service was not so great. I was barked at by the waitress for daring to step into the restaurant to enquire about a table and was told to wait out on the street behind a family of four. The family politely pointed out that I was alone and there were smaller 2 person tables available, and they were happy for me to be seated ahead of them. The waitress then yelled at them and said I had to wait for them to be seated, about 20 minutes wait. So I waited 20 mins despite there being multiple smaller tables available. The waitress was lovely once I was seated though 🤷🏻‍♀️ also the food was super slow, I was dining alone and almost got through 2 chapters of a book by the time my food arrived. It would be really helpful if there were at least some signs out front informing people how the walk in system works. Also a sign asking people to close the back restaurant door when they come through would be great for those seated at the back. It's a shame as the food & decor are great, I'd love to see this place successful but the service needs to...
