Bierhalle Wolf - Oktoberfest 365 Tage im Jahr — Restaurant in Zurich

The place was almost empty. Not more than 8 clients, including me and a friend of mine. After ordering our drinks, we waited 15 minutes for them (a beer and some water, nothing special) but we couldn't still order our food cause the waitress just left the drinks and went away. 20 minutes after she came to get the order for the food, but we just wanted to leave, so we asked for the bill. She was openly bothered cause we were leaving, but still took another 10 minutes to bring the bill. Again, the place was almost empty. Service was just terrible.

I can't judge the food, cause we didn't try it. The drinks... I asked for a bottle of water and I got a glass of water with a piece of lemon in it. I don't have anything aginst the water in Zürich because it's actually way better than water from any plastic bottle, but still... 4.5€ for a glass of water.

So I guess now I know why the other two Bierhalle next to this one were completely full and this one...

Horribly rude staff, I felt the older big sized lady was probably a bit racist. She treated us as if SHE was paying us to eat there . The food was atrocious, I brought a big group here as part of work consisting of mostly Singaporeans and we were shocked at her obnoxious behaviour. The restaurant was completely empty even though it was lunch hour and yet she did not let us occupy one more table so we could have ample seating. All in all - don’t waste your time going to this place especially if you’re a tourist. We ordered some kind of curry dish as well as an apple dessert. Worst thing I’ve ever tasted in Zurich. You’re better off buying a salad a COOP or a kebab at the takeaway nearby and...

Scheisse! I have been coming to this place for years and tonight was the worst time ever. It has been bad before but this will be the last time. The main reason we kept going back was the band but that didn't help tonight either. For starters when we got in the waitress said that we would have to pay 7CHF per person to listen to the band. That was ok. But after three songs they were done for an hour. Then we got some beer.. it was warm and flat. The food was burnt and took almost 40mins to come.
