Breakfast was ok. Price is in the Centre of Zürich acceptable. Friendly Service and gentle Cafeteria staffs. Very tasty swiss café / Cappuccino Really nice view to limmat river easy to reach from the central train station the croissant was not really fresh the staffs said that they the table wasn't really clean
I was there on a Sunday in a winter day and i demanded a croissant with a Cappuccino cup to drink it/ eat it here. The staff was really friendly and the service was fast( around 5 min.). The cappuccino was really tasty but i found the cup/ the quantity really littler /sparer then my expectations! Any way it was really tasty. The croissant was not really fresh and the staff said that they haven't really have a kitchen. The view on afront of it was really nice. I think that would be really interesting to have the breakfast or brunch, but maybe also just the café afternoons in the centre of Zürich, with this view for an acceptable Price.
I recommend the Grand Café to have a nice view and to have a breakfast or just Café/ cappuccino or something like that. I recommend it also if you want to meet someone ;) Enjoy your...
Read moreI visited the cafe on April 27th and had a simple coffee and pastry. When I returned to the United States my credit card had been charged 629.00 USD Management has yet to reach out to me and when I call I am told to hold for assistance and then I'm left waiting on the phone. I would be very leary of giving a credit card because I am certain it was not a mistake. Americans are easy targets for credit card fraud. Do not trust giving your credit card to this business. Cafe's response is that I am a bot. I am a very real customer and not a bot. Poor response from business because they should have reached out to correct the problem. I have been a Google business customer myself for 2 decades. Google can see I am a very real consumer. Use foreign currency. Do not give your...
Read moreOn our way back from Lucca, Italy to Amsterdam, The Netherlands we figured it was a great idea to stay the night in Zürich and explore the city a bit as we had never been there. We sat down in several place to have drinks but this bar was by far the cosiest with a super relaxed vibe, great cocktails and a tender that surprisingly speaks Dutch (of all languages in the world...). We felt very welcome (had nothing to do with the fact that the tender spoke Dutch by the way haha...) and had a few (go for the Basil Smash cocktail!). The terrace faces the river and if you turn your head to the left you can even see the lake. A must-go to chill out a bit and enjoy the city...
