Pilar immediately approached our children and kindly offered them coloring books and pencils, which was a thoughtful gesture, especially as they were tired from our journey. She then helped us find a table that could accommodate our entire group, including my husband and myself, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law, our two young children, and my elderly parents.

Pilar brought our food promptly and checked if we needed any additional condiments. She returned 20 minutes later to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if the children were okay. Her local knowledge was invaluable as she provided us with insightful tips on nearby sights to visit.

Horrible experience with my order and the manager. When I was waiting for my meal, someone entered the place and got it in front of me. I tried to alert the employee and he asked me to show my receipt. When I did it her took it out and went inside the kitchen. I though he was asking someone to make a new meal for me. (I don’t speak German). After 30 minutes waiting, I tryed to ask again about my food. The manager suddenly appears and tell me he wouldn’t give me new food, because I should pay attention. I said that I was waiting in from on the order place the whole time, and before I could explain better he started yelling at me in German. I could not believe how rude he was. Even the employees around him felt uncomfortable about it. It was very humiliating and frustrating for me. After yelling her just left me there, and a employee very kindly told me he was sorry about the situation and he said he would prepare me the food. I left the place really frustrated and ashamed for this humiliation. It was really unfair. I will never go back there and I really DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy food in this place. I never got the manager name, but he is he is tall, blond and very thin. Hope I never see this...
