I used to be a Starbucks loyalist. But this particular store ended all my affection towards the brand- as it stands out as my worst experience- because of one lady at the counter (with a strange shaved hairstyle) whose behavior left me shocked. I think many ppl already gave lowest rating because of HER, below. She needs to be disciplined, and a trained from scratch- 0 interpersonal skills. No wonder their overall rating is lowest. I hd mistakenly picked up the wrong takeaway cup from the counter that was supposed to go to another (white) person -something that could happen to anyone. Instead of a simple correction, I was met with snarly, almost racist expressions that made me feel as if I had tried to steal. It was a naive, harmless mistake n I would have happily paid for both drinks if needed. But the disgusted look and treatment I received made me feel deeply humiliated. Having never been to Switzerland, not knowing local laws, I asked her to help me pick the right starbucks to drop a pin. Her first words were "we close in 10 minutes." I said I understand can you just help me pick the right area. She grudingly helped out. I watched her as she walked around and she was all smiles telling people that the store was closing. I proceeded to step outside and help a mother by holding the door open so she could get her stroller out the window. And all the barista did was glare at me and remind me that they were closing soon. Read moreThe manager or owner of this outlet should be made known of the rude staff at the counter. I visited on 21 June 2023, 8am, there was a male and a female staff behind the counter. I took a video of the food offerings, at 8am, the male staff was extremely rude and shouted at me 'NO VIDEOS'. He could have said nicely, and I responded by ok, sorry. I stopped taking the video and walked away, and he continued shouting 'DID YOU DELETE IT?' I then showed him my mobile. Was that necessary? Couldn't he have said nicely? There was no sign that indicated 'no photos/videos'. This is the first Starbucks outlet that forbids photography in this rude manner from the staff.
The food is good as normal Starbucks standard, coffee was also good. But the staff really leaves a very bad taste in the mouth, especially it's located right opposite a tour bus station.
