Bad Behavior of Staff Member (Walker)...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your restaurant. My friend and I came in for some fried chicken on 2nd of Feb, Thursday evening and ordered number 47, dined in and helped ourselves to some sauces that were next to the table. Non of the staff member told us anything about the sauces as it seems if you dine in you could help yourself with the sauces, so we had no issues with it.

However, when we decided to take some of the chicken to go and opened the fridge next to our table to get some sauces for the remaining chicken, I was shocked when one of your staff members very quickly told me and my friend "Hey, That is stilling!!!" :-o - accused us of stealing.

Instead of addressing the situation professionally and apologizing, he made us feel like criminals. All he had to say was that we had to pay for additional sauces, but instead, he chose to shame us.

I was extremely disappointed and hurt by this experience, especially considering the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members. This type of behavior is unacceptable and has left a negative impact on our perception of your restaurant, as it was recommended by my friend.

I hope that this matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken to ensure that this does not happen to any other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing back...

Walked in as we were unsure if the food was A halal and B if any chicken was left as the hot hold was empty at 11pm. Asked the guy behind the counter who immediately seemed to be annoyed as another one of our friends was asking how the meals work and prices. He was extremely rude. To the point I don’t think I’ve come across anyone ruder in a chicken shop.

We went on to order as beggars can’t be choosers this time of night in Zurich for Halal food. Spent 116CHF and went on to sit down. Grabbed some ketchup and Mayo from The fridge for the guy behind the counter to shout ‘That also costs money’. We weren’t short of money but the manner in which he had asked was incredible.

I was flabbergasted, he’s demeanour was completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated by anyone. Your customer pays your wages, when visiting from another country they’re lucky we walked in given there weren’t any chicken in the hot hold.

Almost looked like there were other ‘services’ being run out of this chicken shop in Zurich.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WHETHER FROM ZURICH OR NOT. ID RATHER STARVE A WEEK THAN COME BACK HERE! GO AND FIND A BETTER CHICKEN SHOP WHO ARENT CHARGING YOU FOR A 10kg BOX OF CHICKEN WINGS FOR YOUR MEAL!!!!!...
