-在台中州廳附近的餐廳，在富信飯店的一樓旁，雖然店名是蔬食樂但不是全蔬食餐廳🥴，也有不少肉類餐點，有米飯簡餐類的也有披薩義大利麵燉菜沙拉等等，店裡的蔬菜都是用水耕無毒生菜，點餐加點飲料可以折$50

#希臘式果乾燉板腱牛 $460 -燉菜類附餐可以選西式（麵包+果醬+沙拉（或是中式（黑米飯+小菜+沙拉） 💁🏻加入堅果、葡萄等等燉煮，味道清淡，牛肉很多，但可惜肉有點難咬，個人覺得是板腱不適合做燉肉🥴，上面放了生洋蔥有點辣🥴，小菜是炒豆莢，另外小沙拉有附水果優格醬 #菇菇的藜麥溫烤時蔬沙拉...

N訪多次的 #蔬食樂soothroad ，怎麼吃都不會膩☺️☺️☺️ 恰巧碰上的換新菜單的第一天，超級幸運der ❇️川味麻辣豆腐煲 涼涼的天氣吃這個剛剛好，暖暖辣辣的，很舒暢；湯頭不油膩死鹹，口味偏甜，湯拌飯很下飯，可能會不小心連碗也嗑掉，完全吃不出是蔬食😋😋😋 ❇️松露嫩蛋 一口嫩蛋、一口松露、一口生菜🥬，超級絕配 ❇️可樂餅 屬中規中矩 ❇️炸薯條 炸得非常酥脆，而且不油，份量也很足，只可惜只有一種番茄🍅醬，如果可以增加松露醬、蜂蜜芥末醬或莎莎酸奶醬供客人選擇，應該會更好，比較不單調乏味 ❇️白經典松露蕈菇義大利麵🍝 這道是我每次必點，甚至還會外帶的麵食，蕈菇煸的很香且juicy又帶有口感，起鍋前淋的松露油讓人味蕾打開 ❇️法式輕煎雞腿排 完全是營養滿分💯，份量十足的餐點 ❇️加點的副餐沙拉🥗、濃湯🍲、優格 濃湯是舒服的奶味，爽口無負擔，很暖胃；優格不甜很讚；沙拉🥗的講也很清爽有特色 每道真的都很棒棒👍，還有好多道沒胃裝，只好再安排再訪！

這家餐廳在旅館的一樓，非常明亮乾淨清潔，生菜超新鮮，之前都點嫩煎雞腿排沙拉，搭配檸檬油醋醬，非常清爽，副餐選麵包+優格+濃湯，整個很飽足。他的麵包是有加很多新鮮香草香料的那種，很紮實好吃😋優格是無糖優格加一點新鮮水果做的果醬，優格的酸味跟些許甜味達到平衡～燉菜的豬腳也不錯吃（最近沒有），舊金山辣魚湯有很多海鮮，也是很讚～但我最近喜歡上他的火鍋，吃過酸菜白肉鍋跟番茄鍋，番茄鍋的湯頭是那種熬很久的番茄湯，濃郁又不會太酸，菜盤有生菜、豆腐、芋頭、南瓜，香菇、紅蘿蔔、袖珍菇、杏鮑菇跟高麗菜，加上里肌豬肉片（不是冷凍的那種）跟紫米飯，相信我，絕對會超級飽足～
