⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Xing Fu Tang Flagship (幸福堂西門町全球旗艦店) is an outstanding destination for anyone seeking the best in bubble tea and an exceptional culinary experience. Here’s my detailed review:
Location and Ambiance: Located in the bustling Ximending area, the Xing Fu Tang flagship store is a prime spot that’s hard to miss. The store itself is beautifully designed with a modern and inviting atmosphere. The open kitchen concept allows customers to see the meticulous process of making their famous brown sugar boba, adding a unique and engaging element to the visit.
Signature Brown Sugar Boba: The brown sugar boba at Xing Fu Tang is simply unparalleled. The boba pearls are freshly made on-site, ensuring they are perfectly chewy and infused with rich, caramelized brown sugar. The signature brown sugar boba milk is a must-try, with a perfect balance of creamy milk and the deep, sweet flavor of the brown sugar. Each sip is a delight, making it easy to see why this drink is so popular.

Read moreIf you’re planning a visit to Xing Fu Tang in Taiwan, be prepared for the crowd—it’s definitely one of the more hyped spots for bubble tea. Here’s a rundown of our visit:
Crowd & Wait Time: The place is always bustling, and there’s often a long queue. Despite the crowd, though, the line moves pretty quickly, so you won’t be standing around for too long. It’s part of the experience, I suppose!
Price: While the drinks are fair for what you’re getting, they are on the pricier side compared to other bubble tea spots in Taiwan. That said, you’re paying a bit more for the experience, which includes the unique preparation process and the aesthetic appeal of the shop.
Aesthetics & Experience: Xing Fu Tang does an excellent job with the atmosphere—it’s modern, stylish, and has a cozy vibe. Watching the staff handcraft your drink is part of the fun, and it definitely adds to the overall experience. It feels like more than just a typical milk tea stop.
The Drink: We tried their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk, and it definitely tastes different from other milk teas. It has a richer, more caramelized flavor that sets it apart, and while it’s delicious, I’d recommend drinking it right away. If you’re not a huge fan of overly sweet drinks, this might be a bit much for you. It’s very sweet, so you might want to share it with someone if you’re not in the mood for that level of sweetness.
Verdict: Xing Fu Tang is worth checking out if you’re in Taiwan, especially for the experience and unique twist on bubble tea. But, with so many other tea shops in the city, it’s not necessarily a must-visit if you’re just after a good drink. Still, if you’re in the area, it’s a fun...

Edited few days later: After go to many shops in Taiwan, is the more I realize this one is relatively (I think one of the most) expensive bubble tea. For 120TWD per cup for can get 2-3 cups for same price at other stores.
It's one of the Flagship store - if you are a bubble tea fan go ahead and try. For me it's all curiosity. They have branch in Malaysia but a little expensive. For limited time they are giving away XFT Bubble Tea stickers and fan if follow on Instagram or Google Map review. As mentioned above the line moves very quickly. You can see them preparing the order or take photo with the big XFT Bubble Tea statue while waiting, as they made big batch of drinks at the same time - Also mainly this is one of the very few drink sold and some side snacks/food. I think I only waited for mere 2-5mins.
As mentioned by most reviewer here, it tastes very sweet, due to the caramelized brown sugar on top and the brown sugar coated pearl, and making it less sweet is not possible. When received from counter, the drink it was very warm as they torched it. It's also less ice so you get the lot of beverage volume, and I suggest to buy this towards late afternoon or night, not a hot sunny day to drench thirst. I did wait the ice melt afterwards and add a good amount of water to reduce to amount of sweetness.
Also, after I check back to store Google Map rating again, I see why they are giving freebies (the fan) - to boost back rating, as low ones are mostly complain on the food aspect. Please sort the review by Newest and you will see all of them...
