We’ve spotted it hides inside TWTC Hall 1 close to the cafe’ of Hyatt hotel (between the cafe’ and the post office of TWTC hall 1). The female staff at cashier around 15:20 is very helpful. The coffee is quite standard—not remarkable. However, the male clerk was extremely rude, which made the experience unpleasant. With so many excellent coffee shops and great milk tea places nearby that offer not only better drinks but also friendlier service and a more welcoming attitude, it’s hard to justify...

If an item is sold out, never to be re-stocked, please let customers know beforehand. Waiting in long queues just to find out a new drink is sold out, is bordering on false advertising, especially if the poster for said item is still hanging near the entrance...
