New Mala Hot Pot - Zhongshan Branch — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

I went to this restaurant with my family the day before new year. Overall, I think this restaurant is pretty good and average, nothing was outstanding nor worst. The food tasted good and the experience was really comfortable and relax. However, there were some points which I suggested to improve. First, the service here was pretty good, it provides detailed introduction of dining, but the waiters here have forgot some of our orders until we finish our meal and decided to cancel when they finally delivered. It might because of the large scale of customers in the weekend, but I think they still have to be clear at the sent and unsent requests. Second, the outside of the cup for the drinks were really rusty, though the inside of the cups were clean, it still gave us a bad impression on their equipment quality management. Nevertheless, the food quality wasn’t the highest but worse the price. Various kinds of ice cream flavor is still a great a great attraction for me to visit again. Amazing just Amazing!! Cheap and good especially with their wide variety of food and awesome service. There is hardly a negative review from here except that be prepared to have a bad sore throat the next day!

Service staff are attentive Not sure why but this outlet has lesser queue, we arrived at 8pm perhaps that’s why. The beef was of good quality, no joke The order comes quick Considered cheap considered for a buffet with premium beef from USA that are sliced in a big portion! 750NTD for one person Their soup is amazing! We tried the mala and hua tiao jiu soup and no regrets at all. We loved it and even drank some :) For the ladies and gentleman with sweet tooth, the selection of Haagen dazs and movenpick flavours are overflowing for your selection! I can easily say there are 16 to 20 flavours!

This was my first time to this location, but I went with someone who has eaten here before. It was a great experience and we ordered a lot of beef, seafood, and vegetables. I really like the fact that it was all you could eat and that included beer as well as ice cream and lots of other great things. The service was great and we had a nice window seat and it was fun to watch a robot. bring our food out to our table. I also enjoy being able to pick the style noodles for the hot pot.
