I had lunch at the buffet the other day. Customers there often greeted each other by casually asking things like “Where did you get that item?” or “Is the dish you’re having good?” These little chitchats made the atmosphere feel warm.

However, when I politely asked a girl in Chinese if I could sit at her table, she smiled and said “OK.” Right after that, a middle-aged man, who seemed to be a manager, interrupted me very rudely and said, “She doesn’t speak Chinese. She is the owner’s friend. Please don’t bother her.”

I don’t understand what I did to deserve being treated this way. His tone was condescending and made me feel belittled. If the girl truly didn’t want me to sit there, she could have responded herself.

Overall, I really disliked the experience at this restaurant. I will never come back again and will not recommend it to any of my friends. The food was okay, I like the mushroom and popsicles with multiple flavors, but I won’t come back for the attitude and atmosphere. There are always more...

This is the first time I tried this restaurant, I have breakfast buffet here with my friend. She visited Taipei from US and I was on my way back to Toronto. We could only have a chance to meet before she left in the afternoon. The buffet breakfast in her hotel is the only choice. 整體來說，我覺得餐點上沒有什麼問題，除了甜點蛋糕稍微乾一些，其他餐點都還不錯，就是很像住飯店後的隔日早餐自助吧，但是再豐富一些。

基本上都是自取的內容，但是有一個是「現煎小卷」，每桌都會配，基本就是依照人數給，如只想要一隻記得跟人員先說明。

而風格上因為就是日本的飯店，所以就以日式風格為主導，包括關東煮、蕎麥麵以及川燙蔬菜，麵包等等，還有一些焗烤或是咖哩、麵飯類等，都是日式飯店會有的內容。

我覺得餐點來說，味道算是清淡，吃起來優雅舒適，雖然能夠拿取種類不算多，也不是超級豐富，但是我覺得餐點品質是沒有太大問題，用完也會持續補，也算是不錯，用餐空間也舒適。可能是味道清淡也有一些海鮮，所以高年齡層的用餐人士挺多的

個人覺得比較大的缺點是廁所少就算了.. 還要跟旅客共用，廁所就是在登記大廳旁邊，所以除了餐廳的客人以外，還有住宿房客或是其他客人都會一起使用，要等比較長時間。

電梯也是一個問題，因為只有一台可以到停車場，繳費機 只在 B2、B3（停車要留意一下）電梯會被拉到房間樓層（10幾樓以上）就要來回等，這時候停車費還繼續計算.. 感受上就比較不舒服...而且停車費用是 30分 / 30元

我覺得最大的問題是，用餐的客人不被當成飯店的客人，明明就是飯店隸屬的餐廳，但用餐不能抵停車費... 還要額外付費，我覺得這個真的是一個大缺點.....

△ 用餐要自付停車費 ▲ 日式風格自助餐 △ 餐點味道中上 ▲ 餐點味道算清淡 △ 電梯難等 ▲ 廁所與飯店大廳共用 △ 停車場 出入口 同一車道 ▲ 捷運（忠孝新生站 △ 近市區（逛街或移動方便 ▲ 服務快速、親切 △ 菜色會更換 平日 - ※ 早餐 680 + 10% （06：30 ～ 10：30） ※ 午餐 680 + 10% （12：00 ～ 14：30） ※ 下午茶 單點制 + 10% （14：30 ～ 17：00） ※ 晚餐 880 + 10% （18：00 ～ 21：00） 假日 - ※ 早餐 680 + 10% （06：30 ～ 10：30） ※ 午餐 880 + 10% （11：30 ～ 14：00） ※ 下午餐 880 + 10% （15：00 ～ 17：30） ※ 晚餐 880 + 10% （18：30 ～ 21：00） -- 整體來說，我覺得餐點上沒有什麼問題，除了甜點蛋糕稍微乾一些，其他餐點都還不錯，就是很像住飯店後的隔日早餐自助吧，但是再豐富一些。 基本上都是自取的內容，但是有一個是「現煎小卷」，每桌都會配，基本就是依照人數給，如只想要一隻記得跟人員先說明。 而風格上因為就是日本的飯店，所以就以日式風格為主導，包括關東煮、蕎麥麵以及川燙蔬菜，麵包等等，還有一些焗烤或是咖哩、麵飯類等，都是日式飯店會有的內容。 我覺得餐點來說，味道算是清淡，吃起來優雅舒適，雖然能夠拿取種類不算多，也不是超級豐富，但是我覺得餐點品質是沒有太大問題，用完也會持續補，也算是不錯，用餐空間也舒適。可能是味道清淡也有一些海鮮，所以高年齡層的用餐人士挺多的 個人覺得比較大的缺點是廁所少就算了.. 還要跟旅客共用，廁所就是在登記大廳旁邊，所以除了餐廳的客人以外，還有住宿房客或是其他客人都會一起使用，要等比較長時間。 電梯也是一個問題，因為只有一台可以到停車場，繳費機 只在 B2、B3（停車要留意一下）電梯會被拉到房間樓層（10幾樓以上）就要來回等，這時候停車費還繼續計算.. 感受上就比較不舒服...而且停車費用是 30分 / 30元 我覺得最大的問題是，用餐的客人不被當成飯店的客人，明明就是飯店隸屬的餐廳，但用餐不能抵停車費... 還要額外付費，我覺得這個真的是一個大缺點.. 可能就是要將車位留給住宿客，然後犧牲用餐的客人吧，原本想給到四星，但是停車、電梯、廁所的問題，只能給三星平衡一下。
