曾經非常喜歡星巴克，但自從有個city cafe後覺得他們口味實在相差不大，卻有一倍以上的價差，而且星巴克店內環境也越來越差，CP值實在很低。但直到這次消費更令我傻眼，店員努力推著特選咖啡豆，卻完全忽略該有的服務態度，相信這不會是店員問題而是星巴克公司的走向完全改變了，把重點放在特選咖啡豆多賺的10元上。咖啡的毛利率非常高，為了力推10元實在很可笑，而且店員分心把我的冰拿鐵做成去冰。雖然在與吧檯夥伴反映後非常快速的換了正常的商品，但星巴克已經不是以前的星巴克了，而且咖啡濃度明顯的下降，口味甚至比7-11還差，很難相信義式咖啡機會輸7-11的自動咖啡機(雖然我知道這機器也很貴)。總結來說，目前星巴克的咖啡已經完全沒有品質可言了，不知道是不是要做出與新的Starbucks Reserve Bar之差異性...，另外千層蛋糕口味還是不錯的。
