Burger King Guanghua — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

A really bad experience. Waited 20-30 minutes instore after ordering on the App for the new combo. I sat and waited patiently as everyone who came in after me got there meals thinking oh it may be just a wait on the chicken. But then they cleared my number off both screens and proceeded to pack it into an uber bag. My drink still sitting on the bench from when the order originally got sent through was now pretty much water based sprite. After getting my order i thanked them for fixing it up thinking mistakes happen. But then when i opened my bag when i got home i was disgusted to see a whopper in there. My chips were cold. I expect to hear back with either a dully compensated meal or a full refund. This is not acceptable nor fair, i understand its a friday night buy when its 9:30 on a friday i dont understand.

Without a doubt the worst Burger King in Taiwan . Waited 30 mins then burgers looked like they had been dropped on the floor and tasted same. Shocking do not go...

The fast food restaurant on the busy street has all the seats upstairs. This brand has various yummy burgers for choice. Side dishes like French fries, potato balls and onion rings are also available. It also offers discount often with diverse combinations! It is a good choice to buy the fast food here as their divisions are not that commonly seen! The staff is nice and friendly, serving the order prompt. It is a nice place to take a rest after shopping around...

Det staff extended themselves and served me just after they closed. They didn't have anymore cold tea, but the man at the counter did his best and made a hot tea and added ice cubes. They did more than they had to and more than they are paid to do, because they didn't want to disappoint me, even though it's my first visit. That is extraordinary service. And the fries were perfect with just the right amount of crisp, and the burger was delicious....
