Buni Cafe — Restaurant in Shangani

We ordered the margarita pizza and I was a little concerned because reviews had not been that great. It was very basic and the crust was just a simple base but we enjoyed it immensely. They don’t have basil here on pizzas and I missed it but the pizza tasted like something you’d make at home on a Sunday afternoon. After three weeks in Africa, it hit the spot. As did the fries! Best fries we have had so far. Crispy and light, they came with a mayo dip and a spicy ketchup. Loved it!

It’s a busy corner - lots of cars going by. We sat outside amongst the cats and ants, but honestly, Gobbled...

We Went there to eat lunch as 4 ppl. We ordered the avocado chili burger, the chicken sandwiches, the chicken masama burger and the fried chicken with chips.

For Lunch both the food and athmosphere was quite nice, we enjoyed it and the drinks were also cool and refreshing.

The prices were also very fair, aswell as especially the exchange rates as we paid with a 50$ and got a fair exchange rate on it.

The restaurant sits on a corner of the street between the fourth and the night market. It’s a good pitstop for cold drinks and some snacks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food price is reasonable and the quality of food is exceptional and the Wi-Fi is free. I think is a good spot for us during the day you’re roaming around Zanzibar Stonetown...
