I had the pineapple fried rice, which was delicious: salty cashews, sweet bits of pineapple, and tender rice and vegetables, that were perfectly seasoned and nicely spiced. It is served in a hollowed out pineapple core and comes with your choice of meat. We went for the Pad Thai, which was highly rated in reviews, but found so many amazing sounding dishes on the menu that neither of us ended up ordering the Pad Thai.
