Superb best Croissant in S.E.A, light n airy with intact crisps buttery flaky crust but not to heavy or greasy feeling that you willing not to had a second or third bite. It pairs well with the wagyu beef burger cook to slight perfection, however downside it doesn’t have tomatoes n lettuce leafy to give cushion feeling of not over dryness wagyu croissant burger. Perhaps slice thinly the onion slice to give a sweet taste instead of chunky onion slice which it give a bitter taste and wouldn’t match not well with the Dijon mustard.

Kouignlato salty egg flavoured, I will say it is the winner of the maeslong, very authentic Thai flavour, I love the indulgence taste not to egg duck smell, taste like milk but it is not and love it the balance of salty and sweet but no over powering of sweetness great for people who try to cut down sugar as this cheat meal. Kouign not overly sweet like typical french kouign. Taste like thai palm sugar.

Hopefully the owner will improve on the meal menu to have set menu besides the al cart menu for client to have more variety to be attractive….

Plating does need to be to huge but sufficient to accommodate the food in neat n nice presentation

The food is good and all, there are enough reviews highlighting it and the atmosphere of the cafe.

Yet I would like to draw your attention to the size of the croissants. I’m not greedy and they tasted good, yet I was expecting them to be much bigger than what we’ve got. To be honest, I’ve never seen such a small croissant before and had to laugh at first.

Ordering a breakfast croissant there isn’t going to fulfill your hunger, it’s a light snack at most. Unfortunately needed to visit another cafe for a proper brunch afterwards.
