ทอฝัน Thor-Phan Coffee Roaster — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Happened across this corner gem on my way to another coffee shop. My girlfriend and I passed by on our motorbike and got wrapped up in the delicious aromas of roasting coffee.

It smelled so good we had to turn around. We walked in and sure enough we could see them roasting through the inside viewing window. The rustic-industrial aesthetic inside was really modern and comforting. Cold air conditioning, and friendly service was definitely appreciated.

We’ve tried many different coffee spots around town, but it’ll be hard to beat this little family-owned roaster. The coffee was fairly priced, and so fresh. We’ll definitely be back.

Truly beautiful coffee is available from this establishment. Consistently of the highest quality. I come from Melbourne, which is somewhat famous for it’s coffee. I only wish that there were more places here that so reliably produced coffee of this quality! Perhaps you could come here one day and show us how it’s done?!

Nice quiet coffee shop. Not too big and not too small, they have the roastery in a separate room. We actually walked past yesterday and could smell the coffee roasting so decided to come today! Around 5 beans to choose from which is great, all roasted on site. Some locally grown. My partner got a flat white with oat milk and loved it! I got a v60 with the SL-28 Kenya and it was brilliant.
