My husband and I stayed here for the last month and it was absolutely amazing! The room was very comfortable and they cleaned it for us once a week. The AC worked great and we never had any problems with anything (excellent WiFi, hot water always worked, little to no noise from neighbors, etc). It was also wonderful to have the small restaurant right outside so we had breakfast there often, tried several different dishes and drinks, and everything was always delicious! The prices for the room and for the food are very reasonable (I'd go so far as to say cheap) but the service and quality were top notch! The family that runs the hotel and restaurant are the nicest people you'll meet and always have a smile for you and happy to help in any way. I definitely plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly place to stay while in Chiang Mai. It's also located near anything you might need, there's a 24 hour laundromat right around the corner, the Chiang Mai Gate Market is just a short walk down the street, and there are plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, and other restaurants nearby for anything you might need...

Great local family establishment with outdoor seating (they turn a fan on your table as soon as you sit down and have misters they will turn on if you ask). The value is fantastic, cheaper then the market stalls for larger portions. They also have rooms for rent which we found on Airbnb. We stayed here for a month and ate here nearly every day. I tried nearly all the dishes on the menu and enjoyed every single one. I can't vouch for the seafood one reviewer disliked as I mostly ordered vegetarian with the occasional chicken or pork. I highly recommend the place. Menus have English accompanied with pictures. There is also have a full beverage bar with espresso drinks (it's well brewed), teas, smoothies, frappes, Italian...

I have a lot of great memories during my 8 months stay. This is a local cozy homestay with amazing restaurant in the peaceful area of Chiangmai. If you like quiet and local place, you will definitely enjoy this. The room is very clean and still new while the price is affordable for long stay. The food at the restaurant is so tasty and authentic Thai taste. The owner and all people there are so sweet and very kind. Definitely coming back....
