McDonald's Night Bazaar Chiang Mai — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Took a pineapple pie and it was over fried and old. Not crunchy and had a belly pain after eating in this McDonalds. Service was not good at all. As well the chicken i took was very hard and seemed like some strange oil was used to cook it as it was blackish inside. Have never before experienced such mc donalds ever before. Something needs to change urgently in this specific mc donalds. As when i went there yesterday there was only one table full. But in neighbouring Burger King and KFC it was packed full. No wonder why in this mc Donalds at night market Chiang Mai not full and barely any people. I hope managers in Mc Donalds care about there customers a little more then does working in the specific Mc Donalds night...

Morning service was slow. We did not receive utensils with our take out order of hotcakes, and two breakfast platters. Luckily, we went back to the hotel and had utensils. One breakfast platter was missing the muffin. Not sure how the kitchen would miss that as the plate only had the scrambled eggs and sausage. Lastly, when we asked for an extra syrup for the hotcakes, we were told they could exchange the butter for a syrup. Prepare to pay extra if you want extra syrup. We were given six packets of jelly for our order that was missing a muffin (but I guess the extra charge for syrup would make...

Came twice in Jan 2025 for well established menu items without any modifications. Once for Big Mac meal, once for McMuffin. Both times waited 10 minutes.

Orders at this store are now electronic kiosk so there is no interaction with anyone, thus no direct service. The only visible employees are order assemblers who stand next to a window to the kitchen, waiting much like the customers.

Save nostalgia, It’s hard to justify coming when there are so many faster, healthier, and more budget friendly...
