Shabu Buffet im-mee — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Today is the second time I've been there cuz last time made me feel very nice with reasonable price(199bath including everything), good food and nice environment. But for today, we were told the price 199bath is only for the basic one but not including the drink and some meat. I asked the lady there why it's different from last time. She told me it was the promotion price last time and that price finished now. After this moment, I took it and understand. So we are Ok to follow the new price. But!!!!!!! I sit beside the cashier, and saw a lot of Thai people paid the bill. I'm pretty sure that they just follow the former price! 199bath include everything cuz I can see they had drinks and the meat which supposed to be paid extra! I stay in Chiangmai almost two years. Even for food also has local price and farang price is it? It's ok for 2 different prices, but please show your different prices outside to let everyone know but not just lying to the customer. When you come in you’ll be requested to pick the slices of meat that you want. Your choice is between a pork belly and a pork shoulder. Take whatever, it’s included in the 199 baht price!

Then you have an assortment of other meats, noodles, and veggies which are all self served. You also get to take starters like seaweed salad, crispy chicken, and even a squid salad. Free soft drinks and ice cream for dessert is also included.

Shabu (steamboat) all you can eat cooking at table. 249 baht each (kids less). Two x broth and Unlimited pork, rib eye beef, sausage, tofu, noodles etc to add to your broths. Also had small selection is sushi, deep fried items, soft drinks and dessert (jelly, fruit, slushie, ice cream) included in the cost. Staff bring soup bases to your hot plate at the table. You take your side plate and basket and select your choices. Bring the meats, tofu,eggs and vegetables to cook in the broth ending up with delicious soup once you cook and eat your meats etc. Accept credit cards. Good service....
