We went to this place with the All-you-can-eat package on Hungry Hub. So it’s an all you can eat but a la carte style that each dishes are made fresh for your orders.
All dishes we had were quite well made and altho the friendly staff are helpfully explained us about how different each color of the sauce that colorfully plating. I just coudn’t really taste the different between each colors. So I felt like it was more of a gimmicky fine dining modern cuisine plating style, with lots of colors.
Besides the confusion of said colorful sauce, almost every meat we had are perfectly cooked (mostly claimed that they are being sous vide) except the soft shell crab that seems to be too hard almost like it’s deep fried frozen food. Chicken, fish and mutton are all very well done.
However we can’t review an indian restaurant without mention the spices, I felt like this place toned down the “spices” for foreigner already. So if you are looking for more of an authentic taste, there are better place than this in Bangkok.
Don’t get me wrong, I was fine with the taste, spices and spiciness level of most of the dishes here. And I think if you want to experience something just a tiny bit “unusual”. Benares will sure serve you well.
We also have the rice dish and Naan (no photo taken) which are also really good.
The dessert are to be honest, a bit put off. I couldn’t tell what’s wrong, maybe it’s the texture or the taste, but it just wasn’t good for me.
I still want to come back to this place tho, and hopefully explore some...

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at an Indian fusion restaurant in Bangkok, and I was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service.
The menu offered a diverse selection of dishes that blended traditional Indian flavors with modern twists. Each dish was expertly prepared and packed with flavor. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori chicken, which was succulent and perfectly spiced, and the lamb vindaloo, which had a nice balance of heat and depth of flavor.
The service was top-notch as well. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that our experience was enjoyable from start to finish. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and were able to make recommendations based on our preferences.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian fusion restaurant in Bangkok. The food and service were both excellent, and I will definitely be returning for more delicious dishes...
