Mercure Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 — Hotel in Khlong Toei Nuea Subdistrict

I recently spent four days in Bangkok and stayed at this hotel. My overall experience was absolutely fantastic!

From the moment I arrived, the hotel’s exceptional service made me feel the warmth and hospitality of Thailand. The security staff warmly greeted us and opened the door with a friendly smile. The concierge then welcomed us into the lobby with great professionalism and courtesy. At the front desk, the receptionist greeted me with a cheerful “Sawadee Kha,” which immediately made me feel the genuine warmth of Thai hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff handling everything proficiently in fluent English.

For this trip, we stayed in a family suite, as we were a group of five. Since the room was originally designed for four guests, we requested an extra bed. Shortly after check-in, the housekeeping team promptly came to set up the additional bed and kindly introduced us to the room’s amenities. I sincerely appreciate the housekeeping team’s effort in keeping our room impeccably clean throughout our stay. They diligently cleaned the room every day, replaced the bed linens, refreshed the towels, and replenished the complimentary bottled water—these thoughtful touches truly enhanced our comfort.

Upon check-out, we utilized the luggage service, and the concierge staff assisted us in transporting our bags to the lobby. They also helped us arrange a ride, which was incredibly thoughtful. I would like to especially commend Adison, who conversed with us fluently in English, making our interactions seamless. Additionally, Park, Alex, and the rest of the concierge team provided exceptional assistance, including arranging a complimentary shuttle service to Nana Station, which was a great convenience.

During our stay, we also required assistance with heating food, and the housekeeping staff responded immediately, resolving our request without hesitation. At check-out, the front desk staff clearly explained the room charges, carefully prepared the invoice, and even took the initiative to ask if I needed an electronic version, which I found very considerate.

Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way! From outstanding service and impeccable room cleanliness to the professionalism and warmth of the staff, every aspect of my experience was truly remarkable. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

This is an honest and realistic review of using this hotel three times until this summer.

1,Lobby employees Compared to the spacious lobby, this hotel has a rather narrow and complicated entrance However, I was not particularly uncomfortable with the concierge staff's efforts to always move diligently and not miss the inconvenience of guests.

This hotel has a front desk located inside, so it's a great structure for guests who value guest friendry...I think

The staff at the front desk...Anna with an accurate hotelier atmosphere, Cherry who is very bright and kind and brightens the mind, Kate who listens to and takes care of the guests seriously, Ing welcomes guests quietly and kindly...and so on They're friendly steps like a family.

Room Condition The room may not have a modern window style, but in the same hotel, it is large and generous. Especially, the rooms on the city view are so soundproof.

Bathroom The bathroom is spacious and clean The environmental-friendly amanity such as wood toothbrush was impressive, and the water pressure and water quality, which are chronic problems of Bangkok hotels, were also satisfactory. However, the shower drain is a bit noisy, but it's not a problem because it's a bathroom

Disadvantages The entrance to the hotel is rather complicated, so it can be a little uncomfortable if you take a car. There were only two elevators in the lobby, so it was less than other hotels, but I didn't feel any inconvenience The bathroom in the lobby is small. Additional facilities such as bars and lounges seem to be lacking. There won't be any hotel that doesn't have its drawbacks.

Nevertheless, the reason I strongly recommend this hotel is that all the staff are friendly and I feel little inconvenience in staying. To be honest, if you don't care about the lack of auxiliary facilities, I think it's a four-star hotel as much as a...

Impeccable & Incredible Customer Service. I checked in to this hotel and I was looked after by amazing concierge boys. They looked after my bags and helped me to pay the cab guy who was refusing to provide me any change for the cash I paid him. Please tip the Concierge boys rather then giving money to dodgy cab drivers in Bangkok. After that I was taken to Front Office where Bombay looked after my check in process which went smooth. A big thank you to Bombay, Cherry, Katie and Ingly. All of you are just amazing. Excellent customer service skills by the entire front office team. I was spending my evenings at the Lounge where Khun Kwang, Khun Don, Khun Best and Khun Som were looking after me. I do not have words for this team how amazing they are. They know what to offer you when to offer you. Lounge team has top notch customer service skills which will add a wow factor to make your evenings a memorable one. I cannot thank you guys enough. I would highly recommend upgrading to Privilege Lounge . Its worth every penny. From the Housekeeping Team Khun kan, Khun Wawa, Khun Aum - Inn and another young kid who looked after my room on Monday & Tuesday all of you girls are just amazing and hard working talent which makes a hotel room looks like a new room every single day. Thanks a lot girls and please look after your health while you are doing so much physical work. I was supposed to stay for 5 nights only but I ended up extending my stay for 3 more nights and I'm glad I did that because I doubt I will get this standard of service anywhere else. I'm Glad I was able to get some time with Khun Polly who is a young, energetic, vibrant and a caring manager who made sure I was having a great evening. Thanks a lot to everyone who looked after me...
