I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rossini’s, a fine Italian restaurant nestled inside the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, just a short walk from BTS Asok. From start to finish, this experience was defined by elegant ambiance, excellent service, and memorable cuisine.

🍽️ Food Experience If I had to sum up the evening in three words: Good Vibe, Good Service, Great Food.

Let’s go course by course: 🔹Starter: A large, bite-sized appetizer (sorry I forget the name) that paired beautifully with a glass of Prosecco. It really awakened my appetite. 🔹Burrata with Ham: One of my all-time favorites. Creamy, fresh burrata paired with savory ham—it was a flawless combination. 🔹Clams with Ikura: Light, elegant, and enhanced by the salty pop of ikura. Paired perfectly with a white wine. 🔹Spaghetti with Melted Meat: Cooked al dente, the meat sauce was rich and aromatic. Best enjoyed with a medium-bodied red wine. 🔹Truffle Risotto: Creamy and aromatic with just the right amount of truffle. Very well-balanced and satisfying. 🔹Duck with Orange Sauce: Tender and juicy duck with a tangy orange reduction, paired with a crispy base for texture. A standout dish. 📢Lamb Steak (Highlight!): Absolutely superb—juicy, fragrant, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. It's become one of the best lamb steaks I’ve had. If you're a lamb fan, don’t miss this. 🔹Assorted Sweets: Even though I was completely full, the dessert selection was too good to skip. Beautifully presented and a sweet way to end the meal.

Initially we planned to celebrate our anniversary in DID (Dining in the Dark). Just nice that our travel days fell within their local Buddha days and hence they are not operating in those 3 days crossing that weekend. I told my wife that it's my bad which I didn't do my study well. Fortunately, the friendly manager made an oversea call to me and informed this in advanced, recommended us for another nice restaurant within the same hotel. She was very helpful and patient in explaining the reasons, making me felt very warm.

In Rossini, an Italian restaurant, which has a very nice ambient and romantic atmosphere. We ordered special set menu of the day. However, it's a pity that we short of some nice wine for our celebration due to no alcohol by law in local Buddha day. I would like to give another star to the waitress who recommended us special made mock tail which able to cheer us up. Each food was served at a decent pace. At the end of our nice meals, we were presented with some surprise for our anniversary celebration. My wife was very happy seeking it and we enjoyed having it.
