My siblings and I were waiting at the entrance with a lot of staff members, but nobody was helping us. The cashier employee, who was dressed in a different uniform than the other employees, told me to wait while she took care of her administrative tasks before asking her staff to assist me with my order. Not only that, but while I was waiting for the food, a member of staff informed me that one of the cakes was out of stock. As a result, we chose to process a refund, and they told me to go to the desk where I would have to wait again before asking me to return to my seat and wait. This is absurd. When ordering meals, the service is terrible, and I have to admit that the supervisor is not doing her job properly. She constantly delays and uses her phone to take care of personal business rather than serving customers. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience I had at your coffee shop recently.

While waiting in line, we noticed that several people were allowed to go ahead of us without holding any number or following the queue system. When we tried to address this with a member of your staff, her response was extremely rude and unprofessional. She bluntly told us, “If you don’t want, you can leave.”

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your establishment. We expect staff to treat customers with respect and fairness, especially when following basic queue etiquette.

Absolutely refreshed, yummy and eye-opening desserts here at After You! Ordered the ferrero toast and mango sticky rice shaved ice.

Would highly recommend the mango sticky rice shaved ice! The base is mango ice and buried beneath the ice is a generous amount of cut mango and sticky rice. The sticky rice is so soft and light enough it blends so well with the whole dessert. It is also paired with 2 cups of the white sauce/cream and yellow mango syrup. Overall they are not overly sweet like artificial flavouring, but you can truly taste the quality, freshness and joy in every bite!

The toast is so tasty and savoury with I think butter slathered inside the toast. The texture is crunchy and soft at the same time which pairs so well with the ice cream and chocolate syrup.
