Our recent visit left us quite disappointed due to several issues with the service: Unwelcoming Staff – Two of the female staff stood silently without a smile, making no effort to greet or engage with us. Their attitude came across as cold and disinterested, as if they were just standing there like decorative pieces. It created a very uncomfortable and uninviting atmosphere. Outdoor Seating Attitude – We chose to sit outside, but it was obvious the staff weren’t pleased with this. One mentioned being afraid of rain, but it felt more like an excuse to avoid serving us. If staff are unwilling to serve outdoor tables, despite being paid to do so, then perhaps the outdoor seating should be removed altogether. Otherwise, it reflects poorly on your service standards. Promotion Menu Not Provided – The “All-Time Promo Menu” wasn’t given to us until we asked. This feels deceptive. If your team is reluctant to offer promotions due to profit concerns, it’s better not to advertise them at all. Doing so only damages customer trust and the brand’s credibility.
We hope this feedback is taken constructively. Good service and genuine hospitality should never be compromised—especially if you’re aiming to build customer loyalty.

Read moreService: Staff were very polite. But 2 things. A waitress was kind enough to provide the BBQ sauce with BBQ ribs even though it is chargeable in the menu card. So, instead of glazing it on the meat, the sauce was provided in the side. A waiter noticed we finished the meal and immediately came to us with the bill when in reality, we wanted to wait there for some time as we were very full. It seemed impolite and felt as if he wanted us to leave.
Atmosphere: Very loud. On that particular day, there were a bunch of people shouting / celebrating which was very loud and killed the mood. I wish they were more considerate, but it is not the fault of the restaurant.
Otherwise, the place has indoor and outdoor seating area. Very nice place. Enough and comfortable seating for even a huge group.

The most disappointing El Gaucho experience I've had. I've been to the El Gaucho in Asoke and Thonglor, but this place is missing the mark by far.
We walked in on Sunday night as a group of 4 guys, and the host asked if we had a reservation. We didn't. The host brought us to the table which wasn't cleaned, only removed cups from the previous customers and didn't wipe off the table.
We ordered Caesar salad and 4x 350g black Angus fillets. Well, the Caesar salad order was wrong. They brought us something that we didn't order... at the same time as the steak. What's the point of a "starter" if we get it at the same time as the steak? Not to mention that we had to wait about 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
The steak was mediocre, I've had better steaks elsewhere for far cheaper prices (each steak here is about 2190 baht).
