Greyhound Café Siam Center — Restaurant in Pathum Wan Subdistrict

Went for lunch here today with my wife and 2yr old son. 20mins after ordering the waitress came back to tell us that 3 things we'd ordered weren't available. We reordered accordingly. They still hadnt bought any drinks ordered by this point, which was just water and a soft drink. We had to remind the waitress twice, without response. I eventually had to go up to bar to ask where our water was.🤷🏻‍♂️

Another 25mins later our food and drinks arrived. 2 dishes were cold, like stone cold from the fridge, so we sent them back and we they were returned microwaved and congealed/rubbery. Gross. 🤢

All around us were the empty dishes of customers that had came and left, no staff and cleared the tables.

When we wanted to pay the bill, we had to ask 3 staff separately as seemingly no one could be bothered, after waiting 15mins to pay, we got up and had to physically walk out of restaurant to elicit a response, but even then we had to tell the staff "we're leaving now, please take my money!".

This place has some of the worst customer service in Bangkok. It took over 15min for someone to come by the table, after i waved them down. We ordered an appetizer and two main dishes. The appetizer and one of the main courses arrived at the table and after waiting another 15 mins, i had to ask someone where my Burger was. They went to the burger station and it was just sitting there. The meat on the burger was under cooked almost "blue"

This place promotes itself as a green restaurant and they care about the single serve plastic usage. BUT they do not serve water without a bottle. (you cannot order a glass of water) They place napkins asking a bunch of questions (see attached) but they do not bother asking you or give you a pen to mark them off. Took my Indonesian friends whose are vegetarian to try out vegetarian Thai food. Greyhound has a huge menu with vegetarian sessions specifically. However, in the vegetarian options, it's mostly western food. Which was such a shame as my guests were looking forward to try vegetarian Thai food. And even thought we ordered some Thai vegetarian dishes it was no way as tasty as the none vegetarian one. The dessert However was the star of this meal.
