Dessert Delight: A Heavenly Afternoon Treat We stopped by for dessert after lunch and were blown away by the sweet indulgences:
Pan-Seared Brioche with Pandan Custard: The pandan custard was luxuriously creamy—an absolute slice of heaven. Deconstructed Bingsoo: A visual masterpiece with an impressive smoky presentation, adding drama to every bite. Rice Dumplings in Coconut Milk: Reminiscent of chendol, it came paired with roasted sesame ice cream and chewy mochi, creating a delightful fusion of textures and flavors. Not only were the desserts delicious, but they were also stunningly aesthetic—perfect for the 'Gram!
To accompany our treats, we enjoyed:
Thai Milk Tea: Refreshing and rich in flavor. Lotus Root Drink with Cinnamon: A unique and intriguing combination that caught our attention. The ambience elevated the experience, reminiscent of a charming French café with chandeliers, elegant wall art, and a central fountain adding to its charm. The friendly and attentive staff made our visit all the more enjoyable.
Verdict? This is the place for indulgent desserts and a delightful café experience that satisfies both the taste buds...
Read moreI’m honestly baffled how this place has a Michelin star. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The staff barely acknowledged us—no smiles, no warmth, just a general sense that we were inconveniencing them by showing up. Several of them stood around yawning, clearly more interested in waiting for their shift to end than actually providing service.
The food arrived alarmingly fast, which might have been impressive if it hadn't tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or prepped earlier and microwaved. It was fine, sure—edible—but Michelin star level? Absolutely not. I've had better Thai food from casual takeaway spots.
To top it off, they automatically tacked on a 10% service charge, which I assume is how they justify their complete lack of hospitality. With service this apathetic, that charge felt like a slap in the face.
There are far better Thai restaurants in the city offering better food, better service, and better value. This place coasts on its reputation, but in reality, it's just an overpriced disappointment. Do yourself a favor—go literally...
Read moreImpeccable and delicious food!! Sit 14 pax comfortably on a dinner night celebration and gathering :) Food were 90% thai with 10% fusion! Beautiful burst of flavours, especially pomelo salad and pineapple rice. River prawns were fresh and delicious. Tom yum soup truly packed a punch, spicy sweet sour savoury!! Restaurant was packed but food was still served in timely manner. Vegetarian options available but limited. Service staff is so friendly and hospitable, though would like to feedback for the manager to be slightly flexible in her ways to listen and handle customer requests.
Do give the dishes and beverages a shot and save your stomach space for desserts!
Nonetheless overall great place to dine in, situated conveniently in centralwOlrd and near bts. Prices are on higher side but affordable. Do go with big groups to share the flavours!...
