From the menu I tried, Yuzu Ramen, the broth is light and refreshing with a hint of Japanese Yuzu orange 🍊 in it. Interesting, hah? 🤓
I normally like the kind of rich, thick, and flavorful ramen. However, having try this one, I think it is another type of ramen you should try too.
On the hot and humid day when you want to have something not too thick and greasy, Yuzu Ramen 🍜 might be your better choice. Its light broth and refreshing Yuzu scent can go down your throat smoothly and easily. You can literally drink the whole soup here. Haha. The chewy noodles, flavorful pieces of pork chashu, and crisp vegetables are also put together to make this dish complete.
If you like a thick, flavorful kind of ramen broth, this may not be your cup of tea. But on a hot sunny day and humid weather, I would encourage you to try the Yuzu Ramen 🍜. You might find it to be something good to have during the hot summer(?) in Bangkok. 😁
For other thing, I tried the 🥟 gyoza as well. It has an interesting concept trying to differentiate it from others, but I think it's not there yet. May come to try it again...
Read moreThis is one of these Japanese-style ramen places where you eat in a little booth, which feels kinda right fb for eating ramen. Wooden interior and some dope Japanese rap music playing. You can choose what kind of noodles you like (thick or thin-I recommend thick!), and whether you like them soft, medium, or strong.
Had the Spicy Yuzu Tonkatsu ramen (320 Baht). Pretty good. There are 4 different condiments available for free (ginger, special chili paste, dried chili and some pickled vegetables). They use quality ingredients.
You can also order extra condiments, most of which will add around 30 baht to your bill each.
They add A 10% service charge but no VAT to their prices.
Prices are a bit high but if you want a good bowl of ramen in a place with a hip vibe, this is worth trying.
The staff is very nice. Friendly Thai people who are in a good mood, very attentive and helpful.
Seems like this is a new place, and upstairs they have an omakase section which is yet to be...

If you love ramen and are vegetarian, Yuzu Ramen is a must-visit! They serve authentic ramen with a fantastic atmosphere—everything from the experience to the ambience is a bonus.
I tried the vegetarian miso ramen, topped with crispy fried noodles, and absolutely loved it. The space was warm and inviting, and the staff was courteous. Even on a weekday afternoon, the restaurant was buzzing, which is always a good sign. Spanning three floors, the place offers plenty of seating, but I’d recommend visiting in the evening when the lights make it even more magical.
We also had the Yuzu lemon slushies, which were refreshing and surprisingly filling. While they offer an extensive menu for non-vegetarians, vegetarians have 2-3 great options to choose from. Non-vegetarians can also explore their elaborate course menu, which includes up to 18 courses!
If you’re in the area, definitely...
