Thank you Cup (Central World) — Restaurant in Pathum Wan Subdistrict

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to Thank You Cup at CentralWorld. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested and distracted. The drink I ordered did not match the menu description and tasted bland. The overall experience didn’t feel welcoming, and the cleanliness of the seating area could be improved. I expected better, especially given the prime location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the service and product quality. They don’t know the way how to deal the customers and how to make the payment. I told her 3 times that I’ll pay in Thai baht but she refused. She clicked on dollars. I give them order for 4 types of Ice cream but they gave me 2 ice cream. They don’t know how to deal with customers. “Thank you Cup” if you have the same staff maybe you’ll lose your business. Pistachio soft serve was good! The nutty pistachio taste was quite evident and wasn't artificial. The soft serve texture was slightly icier but still acceptable. Sweetness wise, it was still alright, but I'd enjoy it even more if it were a tad bit less sweet.
