We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel! We booked it via Locked trip app (which had much cheaper prices comparing to booking.com). We spent 10 days here so I will leave some recommendations for everyone who plans their visit in Nap Pathong hotel:
About hotel: Hotel have really large and comfortable rooms with balcony which was our priority considering the long stay in Phuket. Rooms have all necessities, bed is comfortable, approx 180cm width and double so there is plenty space for a good night sleep. I don’t need to add anything about breakfast as there are already accurate reviews about it. Pool is big enough and there are enough sunbeds, there is a smoking area and a bar where you can order food and drinks. Prices are reasonable. Hotel gym is neat but really small. It has a few cardio machines, bench, dumbbells and one multifunctional machine. It was ok for upper body workout and cardio, but for leg days I recommend Fitness Hero gym which is 1km away ( day pass is 500 baht ). Hotel, rooms, pool and everything around was super clean! Hotel staff are the most welcoming and polite people I’ve ever seen! If you are looking for day trips around Phuket, there is a booking office within hotel and a man who works there is super polite and really helpful! He will answer all your questions and give you best recommendations! Prices for trips are pretty much same everywhere so it is easier if you book it in hotel.
Location: Hotel is situated few meters from the beach in most civilized street you can find in Patong. There is pharmacy across the street, 7-11 in just few steps, exchange offices with best rates, a stand with best thai pancakes… For all the coffee lovers, there is a perfect place in the same street called Mood where you can also eat great brunches. If you are looking for motorcycle rental and laundry washing, I recommend Aspery hotel which is right next to Nap hotel. They have cheap prices for both and service is ok.
Beach: Bring your hotel towels to the beach and there you can rent sunbeds for 100 baht each. During our stay beach wasn’t that crowded, sea is ok, not the cleanest we saw but it wasn’t bad. If you are looking for a place to have lunch, there is a restaurant across the street (Phuket F Caffe) with great thai dishes.
Overall I would recommend this hotel for your trip to Phuket! We had a great time and the atmosphere here is really calm...
Read moreMy flight was cancelled and changed to the following day, I had to book somewhere to stay with only a few hours notice, nap Patong was the only available hotel near the resort I had stayed at for 15 nights prior, the price was $208 AUD per room (daydream deluxe), upon arrival the women tried to tell me it was a 12pm checkout the next day even though I had an email with guaranteed checkout for 2pm, that was quickly rectified however so far I was not impressed with the service/staff, when we were taken to our room, the door to the patio was jammed and had been left open, there were about 10 mosquitos flying around which I had to kill and had to wait another 10 minutes for someone to fix the door, the room was not clean at all, the air conditioner didn’t have an auto setting and even when set at 28 degrees it was ice cold, I also was only given 1 key, as you require a key left in the slot to generate power to the room, if I wanted to charge my phone or leave the air conditioner running whilst out, I couldn’t. The shower was awful, it would turn extremely hot then cold, mainly being cold, I honestly couldn’t wait to get out of there and back home. 12pm the next day, housekeeping knocks on my door and tells my partner he needs to be out as checkout is 12pm, I was out at the time so I had to come back to the hotel to talk to the same lady at reception and ask her what was going on as checkout was 2pm, straight away she tried to say 12pm then quickly changed her comment again to 2pm, I then had to bring my key down to reception to get it reactivated as it had locked us out of the room… The pool was very small so keep that in mind also, there are plenty of resorts with multiple pools or even 1 big pool, swim up bars and an open area to socialise, For $208 AUD I expect good service and a clean hotel, this was certainly not what I got, The breakfast was ok, not a huge variety but what was there was fresh, Location is good. Overall was not happy with the service at all and the price of the accomodation with...

DEFINITELY not a 4 star hotel. I don’t know where anyone got that idea. I’ve had better and I’ve had worse stays. I’d look elsewhere before staying again. The thing about hotels with white walls is you can see ALL the wear and tear. Repair finishes here and there are obvious.
Location is great, super close to needed conveniences and the beach. Quick walk to Bangla, Patong Beach front, and more.
Check-in was SUPER slow. Even though we arrived well after check-in was open (~45min) With 2 people ahead of us still took about 20-25 minutes before we were given keys.
When my fiancé and I arrived to the room (Blue Moon Suite) after a long travel day, we found 2 twin beds instead of the larger bed we booked (during booking it asks if you want a suite with 2 twins separate or a big bed - selected the latter). When I called to ask about it, they didn’t have an answer and called back 5 minutes later confirming what we already knew - that we booked the larger bed, however the accommodations we booked and paid for would not be available until the next day (we were only staying 2 nights having decided to end our trip at a more well appointed resort). At no point during check in was the change in accommodations mentioned.
Staff was nice but not super helpful or knowledgeable about room issues.
Cleanliness I would say was a 6.5/7. Minoring staining on sheets, long hairs about, and a big greasy footprint in the middle of the bathroom floor which clearly indicated no mopping happened.
Robes and “slippers” were provided, but the slippers were actually used flip flops 🩴 with sandy toe prints. We passed on those.
The pool was nice. Cool/luke warm, easy to slide...
