If the tales of “One Thousand and One Nights” were set in modern times, they’d probably begin at Soho Lounge This is not just a restaurant — it’s a gateway to an Eastern fairytale, where instead of genies, you’re greeted by a team so warm and welcoming, it feels like you’re being hosted by family. From the moment you walk in, you know you’re somewhere special: where food isn’t just cooked — it’s crafted with heart, spice, and a touch of magic.
The cuisine? Pure delight. From velvety hummus to tender grilled meats, from fragrant spices to perfectly balanced flavors — every dish is a celebration. You may think you’ve tried Eastern cuisine before, but at Soho Phonk, it feels like discovering it for the very first time.
And the shisha? Let’s just say if Aladdin had tasted this, he might’ve ditched the magic lamp altogether. The flavors are rich yet subtle, the smoke smooth, the experience soothing — this is not just a shisha, this is artistry in a cloud.
The vibe? Time seems to slow down in the best way possible. The music blends effortlessly with the atmosphere, the lighting is warm and intimate, and the staff… oh, the staff! They’re like your favorite aunt from the Middle East — always making sure you’re comfortable, well-fed, and truly enjoying yourself. They don’t just serve you, they care for you — from the moment you arrive until the very last goodbye.
And speaking of care — a special shoutout must go to Logan. Logan isn’t just part of the team — he is the soul of the experience. Attentive, kind, effortlessly cool, and always ready with a warm smile or the perfect recommendation. He makes you feel like a VIP, even if you just dropped in for a quick bite. It’s rare to find someone who brings so much heart into their work — and Logan does it with style.
There may be many places to eat, many styles to try — but if you truly want to feel the East, to taste it, breathe it in, and relax into it — this is where you go. Soho Phonk is what happens when Dubai, Istanbul, and Tehran throw a party and only invite the coolest people — and yes, you’re on the guest list.

The menu is a standout, with a variety of Persian dishes prepared with care. The koobideh (minced lamb or beef kebab) is a must-try – perfectly grilled, tender, and bursting with flavors. Their saffron rice, served alongside, is fragrant and a great complement to the grilled meats. For those who prefer something lighter, the fresh salads and appetizers like hummus and baba ghanoush hit the spot.

Read moreWe recently celebrated a birthday party at SOHO Patong with a group of about 20–25 people, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the team at SOHO made sure everything was perfectly set up. The long table arrangement looked beautiful, and the service was warm, professional, and always attentive.
The food was absolutely incredible , fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We ordered a mix of iranian and Western dishes, and everything from the juicy kebabs to the fresh oven-baked bread was a hit with our guests. Even the cocktails were top-notch!
What made the night even more special was the atmosphere. It felt cozy and classy at the same time , tucked right above the energy of Bangla Road, but peaceful and private. The music, the lighting, and the whole vibe made it feel like our own space.
Thank you to the SOHO team for making the birthday celebration so smooth and memorable. We’ll definitely be back , not just for special occasions, but also for casual nights with great food, great vibes, and amazing hospitality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true...
