The Pizza Company Bangla — Restaurant in Patong

I wouldn't come back here to eat again. I'm not usually one to waste food but I regret coming here. The pictures you see are of the plates at the end of the meal. I ordered 3 items. All of them were terrible. The yuzu frappe was salty and overly sweet. Don't know what they put in there, but it was a horrible shock to taste. Ended up drinking the water i came with in the end. The fishfingers were salty, and the sauce it came with was sweet but flavourless, which was a shame because it had actual fish flakes in it. Finally, I ordered the triple chicken pizza with extra cheese. The pizza was soggy. There wasn't any extra cheese on it, which is annoying considering I was charged for it and again, it was flavourless. The service was quick. However, they were unable to change my order despite only putting it in a few seconds prior. And there was no question or concern regarding a full plate of food and full cup of drink left over at the end of the meal. Honestly, it was so disappointing, especially as it was highly recommended. Been here in previous years but it's got very expensive for what you get.

Approx $7 AUD for a tiny small pizza, and $19 AUD for a medium, the prices ate excessive and even far more expensive than back in Australia. Just greed by corporations and excessively expensive. You can buy 2 meals in a restaurant in Thailand for the same price of 1 small pizza here.

The pizza itself, I had a small and it was very small, its smaller than the size of your hand.

Presentation was good and it was cooked fresh and hot, and the flavour was reasonably good, but the place was empty at dinner time 7pm with only1 other customer that came in. The price value for what you get says it all.

We had the worst experience here. They gave us the wrong order, when we told them one pizza was wrong, they said don't eat it then, but we will not reduce price from bill. They refused to even replace the order. Saying one piece was eaten. We tried explaining that it's because we tasted that one piece we knew that it was the wrong order. They refused to call the manager, and started shouting at us. Not that the other pizza tasted any good. We had clicked pictures with our friends before the pizza arrived, and they chased us down the street and made us delete pictures, and demanded to see my phone even when I said I didn't even take it out for any pictures.
