This Swensen's branch is the worst I've ever experienced. First, the service is excessively slow. Despite only three out of 12 tables being occupied, my order for a 99-baht ice cream took a whopping more than 25 minutes. It's absurd for ice cream to take that long.

Secondly, the customer service is a bigger issue. If they're running late, they should apologize and express regret instead of making loud assurances like 'it's coming soon.' This shop is by far the worst I've ever...

Very Bad service at this outlet. If staff are having a bad day, please dont pour onto your customer. Supervior or Stall Manager in Red formal uniform, giving us an totally unacceptable attitude. She totally spoilt our day as a tourist. PLEASE VISIT...
