Samui Kangaroo Restaurant — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

We ordered drinks and food. Drinks came really quickly after ordering, but the food came after a long wait. After several tables of people who arrived later than us received their food sooner, we realized they had forgotten our order. It was a very busy evening, and I didn't feel the staff could handle it. After 50 minutes to an hour, I asked where our food was the waitress responded that we should wait a little longer, which was when i realized they just forgot about us. The waitress said it would be ready in a few minutes because the pizza needed to be "microwaved". So we waited a little longer, and the food arrived in about 10 minutes. If it was just a microwaved pizza, they didn't even try their best to microwave it long enough (see attached photo). Also, my companion's burger was tasteless, and the fries tasted like they had been cooked multiple times. The seats were very hard, and a fan blew right into our faces on the highest range and to top it off the music was so loud i couldn't even talk at a normal volume with the person who I was with. I know it could happen if a order gets forgotten, but the whole experience was just not it. The staff really did their best and was friendly, but you could just tell it was to much. Feedback: Don't have a menu card with so many options, if you can't make the food right how it should be and don't get to much people seated in a restaurant if you cant handle...

Cheap easy eats. Nothing flash about the place but they do reasonably good food. We did only get the safe options though. The staff seemed confused and at times. I thought at one point I was at a rave as the music was so load I actually couldn't speak to my partner who was sitting accross from me. I finally asked the staff to turn it off. At the moment all thai food is between 70 and 90 bath. This place has a great atmosphere. A seperated airconditioned area for dinners who don't want to deal with smokers and the hassle of the street noises. Food is always fresh. They will occasionally get the order wrong, so be patient with explaining your requirements. Have never had a bad meal yet.
