Love this place! Loved it so much we went back the next night too!!! It’s quite a lot walking town the Main Street with all these food places to look at but thank goodness we choose here. Was already quite a few people dining which is always a good sign. Waiters and waitresses were all lovely and looking like they were having a good time which set a really good vibe. Any kind of craving you have this place will sort it. My partner had penang lobster the first night AMAZING then Thai red chicken curry the next night which was SUBLIME. I had whole grilled fish (a bit out there for me on the bone) but it SOOO YUMMY second night I had pad Thai which was a bit bland for me but that was my choosing and had been having big flavours recently but was still yummy. We had a wonderful meal at Chilli. With the endless options on the main road it can be really overwhelming to choose the right place. We’ve been in Thailand for a week and have had several meals which we now know to be overpriced and subpar. Chilli’s is both delicious and very reasonably priced but above all the service was phenomenal. Both ThuRa and Kaung Kaung were fantastic staff. We have never experienced service like it. I was keen to try chicken yellow curry which wasn’t on the menu but they offered to make it anyway and it was lovely. The best tom kha gai I tasted after being here for 1 week The Thai fried rice was also very delicious! It was really creamy I love that. They gave me without seasoning it with vinegar and spice and gave me some spices to add it by myself. Which is wonderful bc I tried somewhere else with heavy seasoning and I didn't like that. It's nice that they let us to adjust by ourselves! The Thai fried rice tastes very THAI! Love it. Not too strong and salty.
