McDonald's Platinum Fashion Mall — Restaurant in Thanon Phetchaburi Subdistrict

Placed on the first floor of Platinum Fashion Mall. The taste is similar to any McDonald's retailer, but the service? So dishonest.

It's a self-ordering kiosk-like machine with the help of a waiter. It's all good and rainbow, but they are lying through their teeth!

They confirmed my family could get chicken breast before placing an order, but when our order came out, it didn't come out as we ordered.

We asked for the change; they disapproved at first, but when we insisted on what they had said about the availability, they asked us to wait more.

Mind you, we had already waited for more than 15 minutes before the order came.

After waiting much longer, they still served us the wrong order, not the breast one.

At this point, it's already been more than 30 minutes, and their faces started to show unwelcoming expressions, so we gave up and took whatever they served us.

This is my first time as a foreigner, and absolutely the last one. So...

I have been traveling in Asia for about 9 months. I have eaten at least 15 days every month because of the products that touch my stomach with their bitterness and sauce. Again, I ordered a product that I eat all the time. As soon as I gave my order to the employees, whose faces were sullen and you didn't see a gram of happiness, I went downstairs to wash my hands. There is no air conditioning in any way, the fan is used. It freezes the air inside. I couldn't wash my hands because of the stench and the awful smell. I focused on my order. How could you make more ice potatoes than my iced cola? The potatoes are not fresh! The burger is worse! When the burger came with a small smell, I smelled the burger underneath because it was covered in sauce and I couldn't smell it. The atmosphere inside was a thousand times hotter than the food in front of me. This place in a shopping mall in the heart of Bangkok gave me the most disgusting experience...

I was willing to give 0 star..but no option..Very bad experience at 10:50am 29/10/19..waited to get service about 7-10min not because they were busy only 1 person front of me on queue, i would rather say lazy.. two person at the counter at that time and after getting the order it took another 10 min to get just 1 kids meal.

Also earlier my son 2.5 years old was waited to get the toy..but as they were late he was crying and took one of the toy displayed on the counter..because he took the toy counter person refused to take order.. I said clearly dont worry take the order as soon as you finish order I'll bring it from him, as he was sitting far from the counter, but they...
