I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst place in istanbul. My little sister got food poisoning from their Salmon, we went emergency hospital asap as she started throwing up everywhere and the doctor confirmed it was due to the salmon from this cafe. Then when we went there to explain the situation to them and what had happened as we were really frustrated, the manager disregarded everything and said “I eat the salmon everyday and I’m fine”. Really inconsiderate and insensitive manager. The food was also terrible, small portions and tasteless, not worth it. They are trying to save money in every way but that’s not what we pay for as customers, we want good food and a good experience. This place lacks that. Go round to Khave dunyasi not too far from there instead, or just any other cafe. Overall bad customer service, bad food and bad management. Save yourself the terrible experience and...

The service was poor here. We ordered some cappuccino and chai latte and some ice cream. The cappuccino was not very good considering the prices paid. Could get better cappuccino but for a third of the price. We were served the wrong icecream after waiting for a long time. We ordered two scoops and we got what seemed like one and a third of a scoop.. we also got charged a service charge for a lack of service. Better to order icecream from the street level counter rather than ordering in the restaurant. Also it was too smoky inside even though it is supposed to be non smoking. Place is nice, they sat us in the outdoor area which was enclosed due to rain and being cold, despite the inside was half empty. They kept bringing other patrons to sit around all and they were all smokers. At one point, we had 7 smoking and I couldn't even see my daughter sitting across from me. The food took ages to come out and service is non existent. We kept waving the smoke away and coughing, tried to get the waiters attention, they would look at us and look away. We left our food and drinks and walked straight out. I complained as I was paying and they didn't seem to care or were apologetic. Worst service for the premium...
