Very good, fresh, high quality. Maybe best or tied for the best ingredients I’ve had so far. Keep in mind if you are solo traveling, you cannot order the full spread, you need minimum of 2 people for that. I understand it must be for good reasons but I’m not sure why. Most people don’t travel solo so this is not an issue for most. I got the breakfast plate pictured, and it was very good.
I would much rather have had the full spread though. It was enough food for most people, but I eat a lot and did a 20km/5hr hike after this. I had to eat a second breakfast at my hotel, luckily it is free there but not as tasty. But if you are not doing strenuous activity before, it is filling enough until lunch time.
300 Lira for the plate is very reasonable. Full spread is 500, so for two people that would be 1000. There are honey bees who are very peaceful but will come to your table. Don’t worry about them; they are harmless. I saw a couple sit outside and get scared so they moved inside. Maybe they think insects are gross or are afraid of being stung. The view on the patio is...
Read moreI don't know how I can explain it! Terrible!!!!😡 😢. We went there after watching a Google review. There the waiter is a man; his behaviour is too bad and rude. Feels like we don't deserve food!
We asked him to sit on the open area, but he rejected. At first we thought it was booked, but later we found that they were allowing other foreigners. And the main thing is they are racist! They don't serve foreigners properly and expect a huge amount of tips!😞 😞 We thought to give them tips, but after those behaviors we didn't. Even where we sat, there were lots of bees 🐝 moving. While we informed them, they didn't even care and just said they couldn't do anything! Even the price is not enough with those foods. I felt crying. I don't know how people can be so cheap! As we are from London, we didn't argue with them.
For this price, you can have a buffet breakfast from "Tavel Inn Cave Hotel's" rooftop. I think Maria's Breakfast is just hype, or they are just too rude...
Read moreI was looking for a traditional Turkish breakfast and my husband and I went here because of the good reviews. The food was average/normal; to be honest, the breakfast at our hotel was so much better.
The main reason I give them 2 stars is because of the staff attention. As soon as we arrived, we were merely asked, "Breakfast for two?" without any warm welcome or introduction to the menu or even the prices. While we had seen pictures of the food online, we expected more guidance upon arrival. Unlike a previous experience I had at Çeşme Bazlama Kahvaltı in Dubai, where the staff took the time to explain the breakfast (flavors of the jam, how much time to wait to serve the tea and how to serve it, etc., here, we were left to figure things out on our own.
Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy during our visit, it seemed understaffed with only two waiters on duty. They appeared rushed and stressed, with one waiter even dropping a...
