At first I thought they were legit and meant what they said on their site . Too bad, they had to cancel my balloon ride due to weather and instead of scheduling me for the next day , as they say they do on their site, they told me it was all full. But when I texted them from a different number to see if they were truly full they tried to sell me a spot for triple the price. Ridiculous . Wonderful experience with this company!!! We chose the 16 basket / 90 minutes, and everything was perfectly organized. It start with a complete breakfast and then we went with captain Erdal Yaris which is an exceptional pilot. He did with the balloon the most terrific views like many sunrise, flight through the canyon , be at cm of the many stones peak that the beautiful Capadocia has. Finally we had a champagne celebration and got a nice certificate :). 100%...

I was a cool experience but in my opinion not essential to have a good trip cappadocia. It took them a long time to get the ballon of the ground so we missed the sunrise which was disappointing but the crew were very professional and safe.
