I had the pleasure of being served by Prethimali at the 31st-floor bar of Grand Millennium Al Wahda, and her service was exceptional. She has a natural warmth and friendliness that immediately makes you feel welcome. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests really stood out—she ensured everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make the experience special.

Here now 7th April at 6:15. Me with one other table of two. Service is slow and negligent. Took 10 mins to get a beer. It was delivered with peanuts in silence. I had the menu open to order some food. She disappeared without saying a word. It should have been obvious I might want to order. Leaving and won't be coming back. This is a common problem at all Millenium food establishments. Tumbleweed and Porters both have insufferable service. It shows a lack of leadership, training, and care by the food and beverage team.
