I am extremely disappointed with the incident that occurred during my visit to your establishment in 31 of oct 2023. Despite enjoying the great service and ambiance throughout my reservation, I was shocked when, at closing time, a member of your staff approached me demanding payment for items or services that were not a part of my order. To compound the issue, the manager followed me aggressively to the exit, wearing an intimidating expression.
Let me be perfectly clear: I am not a thief, and I refuse to be subjected to unjust demands for payment. It is completely unacceptable that I should be treated in such a manner after being a paying customer. I demand an immediate explanation for this outrageous behavior and expect a swift resolution to this matter.
I insist that your management takes this incident seriously and takes appropriate action to rectify the situation. It is imperative that you thoroughly investigate the behavior of your staff and ensure that such confrontations do not occur again in the future. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I will not tolerate any further mistreatment.
Despite sharing my concerns via email, I was only contacted for a verbal description of the issue. I appreciate the call, but I feel it is necessary to document my experience in an online review to ensure that others are aware of the incident and the steps taken to address it.
I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and in a manner that demonstrates your commitment to customer satisfaction. Failure to do so will leave me with no choice but to share my negative experience with others through an online review. Service: There are major issues with service. 1)The ladies at the entrance are nice and welcoming but there seems to be a problem with the rest of the team. I have been to almost all beach clubs in dubai but none has stressed me out like this one. The security team are very aggressive for no apparent reason, they keep staring at people as if they are waiting for someone to do something wrong which is very difficult to understand as everyone is there to chill and have a stress free day. The staff are intimidating and lack politeness. 2) The worse part was that when we were paying the bill, they asked us if they should add a tip! If the service is good people do automatically add tip and it is really rude to ask them in my opinion. 3) changing rooms and showers lack basic items. The showers do not work properly , there is no plastic bags to put the wet swimming suits in, the hair dryer doesn’t work properly, and the shower area wasn’t Dubai standards when it comes to the cleanness level. ⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️

Read moreHired a cabana for the day, arrived to a chaotic, unorganised reception area with unwelcoming staff. People all over the place, instantly did not give off the luxury or chill atmosphere.
Stood in front of the check in lady for a good 10 minutes whilst another woman pushed in front of us and proceeded to shout about her booking.
Arrived downstairs and was shown by another unfriendly lady who looked like she would rather be anywhere else. Taken to our cabana and was utterly dissatisfied. The swinging bed was actually FILTHY, wet and unbelievably uncomfortable. Stains all over cushions and seated chairs. Clearly the hygiene levels are not kept up.
Our waiter came over and literally chucked a couple of towels on the chair. Didn’t even lay them out for us. He was super unfriendly and sighed at everything we asked (baring in mind all we wanted was an umbrella). We paid more money to have a cabana and nicer time but was honestly like being in a one star hotel beach in Tenerife. Food was ok. Asked for no mayo and the waiter said no, even tho he ended up bringing it without. Literally we were the only ones without shade, repeating to ask and he just couldn’t be bothered. We saw other people ask their server and got one instantly. Customer service is appalling to say the least. Cups and wine glasses were also dirty with stains on them. The beach is definitely up kept just the whole experience felt dirty and cheap even though it’s clearly not for the prices they charge.
Overall would Not recommend to anyone, there’s way nicer beach clubs in Dubai. Don’t waste...
