If i could give 0 stars, I would. I went the first time and asked the philipino waiter if i can speak to the owner and he didnt have a great attitude and told me to come at 7 pm. Then the second time went at 7:15 pm to try and discuss how I specialize in tiktok having worked with brands like krispy kreme and wanted to help the owner as it was a local shop the owner wasnt there so I ended up having to speak to the Ethiopian lady supervisor who didnt even let me talk or introduce myself ,she was super rude to me and demeaning, trying to shun and get rid of me with her loud voice infront of other customers. When i persisted to atleast give me a chance to show my work because i explained how their tiktok looks horrid. She threw a paper and pen at me like I work for her and told me “ write ur name and number if we need we will call” and wasn’t even looking at me. I pray for the owner of the place to wake up and change his staff’s attitude and social media team because they all suck and the business will never be able to preform ethically if this staff behavior continue. I hope the owner can contact me directly, to explain this...

The service at Café Torino was quite disappointing. The person in charge gave the impression that offering Wi-Fi was more of a burden than a courtesy. Despite being a paying customer and using the Wi-Fi for some time, I was abruptly told that they could no longer provide me with access. This came as a surprise, especially after consuming at the café. The overall attitude and approach left a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a welcoming atmosphere or reliable service.

This cafe is open until 3 am. The staff is always friendly here. We are ready to help, to change anything, just to make the client happy, I have been visiting this cafe for 3 years. Always excellent service and a chef who makes excellent dishes, you will experience a wonderful sense of enjoyment from the dishes, but even if you want to add something to the dish, you can ask the chef to add it, it will be done immediately. The chef, the owners, are constantly listening to visitors! They always work for the client in everything! This is a great place for a family, for an individual visit! great choice!
