I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Jaffer Bhai Dubai branch, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The menu offered a variety of dishes, and the ones I tried exceeded my expectations.
To begin, the manchow soup was excellent. It had a rich and flavorful broth with well-balanced spices and hearty ingredients. It was the perfect way to warm up and start the meal.
Next, I indulged in the chicken tawa roll, and it was outstanding. The flavors were superb, with tender pieces of chicken wrapped in a delectable bread roll. It was a delightful combination of textures and spices, leaving me wanting more.
One dish that truly stood out was the mutton nihari. The flavors were exceptional, and the mutton was cooked to perfection. The rich and aromatic gravy complemented the tender meat beautifully, resulting in a truly satisfying and memorable culinary experience.
I would also like to commend the service staff, especially Mr. Sharif Shaik from Kolkata. His humble and respectful demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and ensured that our needs were met throughout the meal.
Overall, the Jaffer Bhai Dubai branch exceeded my expectations. The manchow soup, chicken tawa roll, and mutton nihari were all excellent, with flavors that left a lasting impression. The service provided by Mr. Sharif Shaik and the rest of the staff was exemplary, enhancing the overall dining experience. I highly recommend visiting the Jaffer Bhai Dubai branch for a memorable and...
Read moreI have been a regular customer at their restaurant and found food quite tasty especially their chicken curry. However recently found something that has made me change my mind and I would never visit them again. One feedback in my early visits that I gave to them was very high quantity of oil so much that I could fill half of plastic cup with oil just buy scooping out the floating portion of oil from top of the dish with a spoon. Which still left significant amount of oil in the dish. They promised to take action and reduced oil a little bit but still too much for our taste. But then one day we packed a little leftover chicken curry and put that in the fridge. Next day we when we checked it we were shocked to see a very big frozen yellow layer of fat. I have attached the photo of it. It’s essentially 40% of the total leftover dish (a small bowl) and that too after some of oil was already consumed by us. I will appeal to all the customers to put pressure on their management to stop playing with their customers’ health by putting obscenely excessive amount of oil and that too apparently of suspect quality. As far as we are concerned we will never go there again. I find them quite irresponsible towards their customers' health. Although I don't expect restaurants to practice healthy cooking using less oil for cost reason (Cooking a food in less oil takes more time and requires more efforts to make it tasty) but...
Read moreI recently visited Jaffar Bhai’s Biryani in Al Barsha 2 and tried their Mutton Biryani with a glass of Lassi and Shahi Tukra for dessert, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The Mutton Biryani was perfectly cooked, with tender, flavorful pieces of mutton that just melted in my mouth. The spices were well-balanced, making every bite a burst of authentic flavor. The rice was aromatic and fluffy, complementing the rich taste of the mutton.
The Lassi was the perfect accompaniment—refreshing, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. It really helped in balancing the spices of the biryani and was a delightful way to cleanse the palate.
To top it all off, the Shahi Tukra was simply divine. The dessert was rich, creamy, and had just the right amount of sweetness, with the bread perfectly soaked in the flavorful milk mixture. It was the ideal way to end the meal, leaving me completely satisfied.
The service was prompt, and the staff were courteous, making the dining experience even better. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and welcoming, ideal for enjoying a hearty meal.
Highly recommend Jaffar Bhai’s Biryani in Al Barsha 2 if you’re a biryani lover or just looking for an authentic and...
