Dirty Dicks — Restaurant in England

I was there in Xmas party with friends and with one of them order beer at the counter. Despite of it the bartender brought some coctails which we did not order. We refuse to pay for things which we did not order but been told we are banned from service. It’s ridiculous cause it’s never happen to me in other places. If I have ordered the beer I was getting the beer. We tried to spoke with person in charge and explain the whole situation but she was not keen to listen. Mistakes can happen if there is loud music but the behaviour of those people should not repeat. We were lucky to be there with other friends, so we could ask them to order drinks but if not we needed to change to place because of that situation. Highly not recommended place. Rude staff at the counter. I was polite and tried to solve the situations but there was not even a bit of chance with that lady. She said “ I do not care” ok if you do not care about the people who pays your bills that’s fine with me. I will never visit that...

Very poor service from start to finish got our name wrong then sat next to load of rowdy boozing kids nachos was just cheese and nachos thats it no salsa or quacomoli , every part of our meal we had to ask for , what was suppossed to accompany it , ie sour cream , guacamoli ,salsa all these should have come with our meals they forgot to give us our drinks ,warm water even though ice,cubes were asked for even a napkin they didnt bother given us, then after all that they tried charging us an extra 10 quid after given them ten pound deposit which should come off the final bill they forgot to do that as well ,totally inept in everthing they did you would off thought they would get the basic,s correct in the service but was if they were only bothered about the youngsters buying shot,s than given you decent meal service ,WONT be going there again and am only given 1,star as i cant...

Its fine, but you can do better. Went in for lunch and ended up waiting 40mins for 2 microwave burritos with jar sauces. To be fair, when we asked they said they only had one chef on, but if we'd have known there would be such a wait, we wouldn't have bothered. There were no soap dispensers in the toilet, which is grim anyway, but with the Covid stuff it's horrific. Likewise, the tables are very close and there were a few big groups around, no staff had PPE, but the bouncer made sure I took of my hat, so they've got that base firmly covered.
