This was mine and my partner’s first escape room, so we weren’t entirely sure of what we were getting into. The staff member who explained the rules and took us to the (amazingly themed!) Witchcraft and Wizardry room was absolutely amazing! He was extremely kind and easily approachable with any questions or concerns we had! Although we needed a few clues, we were able to complete the room! It was incredibly well thought out and fun, with many different types of puzzles to complete. Played the Operation Odyssey room with family today after buying a voucher last year, and had a fantastic experience.

The puzzles in the room were well set in terms of difficulty and had plenty of variety to keep us interested.

Our host (Ben) provided timely clues when needed and was really enthusiastic and friendly making for a relaxed start and end to our time there - thankfully we didn't have any arguments during the escape so not too much stress in the room expect the fun kind!

Highly recommended and well worth a visit for a larger group of 5 or 6 in this...

Great experience! Me and my friends are huge Harry Potter fans and this Witchcraft & Wizardry escape room was just brilliant. We had a lot of fun, enjoyed working out the clues and managed to complete it in time. It had a really good ‘old castle’ feel to it. Can’t wait to do another escape room! Simon was also great, really nice guy 👍
