AVOID if you need your food on time. Lovely pizzas but an absolute disgrace in terms of organisation. I ordered five pizzas to be delivered in an hour, to a location five minutes away. Half an hour after they were supposed to be delivered (and after three unanswered phone calls), I went round on foot and the pizzas had not even been prepared. I waited for another fifteen minutes for them to cook and took them myself. I understand that these types of places can get very busy quickly, but if the person I'd given my order to had explained that there would be additional waiting time then the whole affair would not have been so disappointing. Surely the computer system should support this? Waiting in the shop I saw: Another customer who had been waiting for an hour for his order. Tension and backbiting between the staff. There was a screen that showed the orders that needed to be completed, there didn't seem to be any sense or order to how the pizzas were being prepared or sent out. The phone rang constantly and one of the staff said to another that they were purposefully ignoring it. I was apologised to and given a free bottle of pepsi to compensate, but the real rub was that no-one took accountability for how poorly the store was organised. After calling immediately for a refund after my pizza was delivered. Due to lacking “All of the trimmings”.
It’s been a month and I’ve still not been refunded. So I’ve decided to escalate this further with said review:
They confirmed the topping error but asked me to call back in 20 minutes -they needed to speak to the manager?!?
I indulged them and called them back, the same lady answered whose English was broken and extremely difficult to understand. Non the less, I understand she said a refund would be processed and that somebody would be over to collect the pizza? Weird. I agreed to this unusual practice? And waited until midnight for this phantom delivery driver to collect the pizza. Nobody came.
A further 48 hours passed. I contacted the branch directly and informed them, The alleged manager explained head office deal with all refunds and they hadn’t been told, but that she would email them now and I should have my refund within the next 5 working days. Crazy… anyway. A month has passed, they’ve had more than enough chances.
Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
Honestly the branch need to employ staff that actually want to work there and have an ounce of customer service skill.

Papa John used to be our go to place for Pizza, that is until they became incapable of fulfilling orders. Around 12 months ago we ordered a Vegan breakfast Pizza only to be told on collection that they didn’t have the correct base sauce so they used basic tomato; it tasted horrible. This along with other errors and poor service made us decide not to this branch again. Last weekend we decided to give them another go, only to order the vegan breakfast pizza again and be told they no longer do it, despite it being available to order online. Allegedly the area manager has been made aware of this item still being available to order online without actually being available, but choose not to have this amended. No wonder the stores service has dropped, it’s not a great example to your staff, and puts them in the awkward position of having to explain why they can’t fulfil an order.
